Planus offers a complete range of grey water transfer units. From our thirty-years’ experience, we know that a wea- kness of the macerator boxes, both for grey and black waters, is a minimal leak of air from the pressure switch and from the joints between the pressure switch and the air trap, as well as the cavitation which leads to an increase in noise and a drastic reduction in hydraulic performance. Regarding the described possible problems of a macerator box, PLANUS distinguishes itself by the implementation of 2 efficient patented solutions.

The Water-Lift is a professional pumping unit which is necessary if the wastewater does not have the necessary gradient to reach the collection tank. Water-Lift is made with IP55 degree of protection.

NOTES:

1. DO NOT CLOSE THE TANK VENTILATION.

2. IF PREFERRED, FIX TIGHTLY A TUBE TO THIS PIPE WITH A CLAMP AND BRING IT TO THE OUTDOOR.

3. DO NOT USE FILTER (AS I.E. CARBON FILTER) THAT COULD REDUCE THE AIR PASSAGE.

Pro-Lift is a professional pumping unit, necessary if the wastewater does not have the necessary gradient to reach the collection tank. Pro-Lift is made of stainless steel and is completely watertight IP68. Thanks to these features, it can be installed in any environment, including areas nee- ded for compliance with safety regulations. To meet the specific requests of some customers, the Pro-Lift professional box has been updated and made compliant with ISO 8846 and EN 28846 standards regarding “protection against ignition of flammable gases in the surrounding environment”. Pro-Lift is therefore the suitable product for instal- lations, not only in environments potentially accessible by water, such as bil- ge, but also in technical rooms where the standard provides a higher degree of safety due to the possible presence of flammable vapors.
